  At Century Square, your safety is our top priority. We have security personnel patrolling the property to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. If you notice any suspicious activity, please report it immediately to our security team at 713-304-9253. In case of an emergency, always call 911. Thank you for helping us keep Century Square a safe place for everyone.
- 2. How do I book a room at Cavalry Court and The George hotels?
  
  Please visit cavalrycourt.com or thegeorgetexas.com to book a room.
- 3. What parking options are available on-site at Century Square?
  
  Free street parking is available daily until 10 AM. After that, parking is available in the surface lot at posted rates. The Century Square parking garage, located behind Star Cinema Grill, is free for patrons only. Meters are located throughout the property with easy-to-use on-screen instructions (card only). Guests can also use Mobile Pay by scanning the LAZ Go QR code on signage throughout the property. Digital convenience fees may apply. Reserved 15-minute to-go parking is free and available throughout the property for quick stops or order pickups. Valet parking is available through Maroon City Valet for a flat rate of $10, with valet stations at The George and Cavalry Court. Parking rates vary on TAMU home football game days. Stay tuned for updated details for the 2025 season.
- 4. Can students live at 100 Park?
  
  100 Park is a 21 and older community within Century Square and students under 21 will not be permitted to sign a lease. 100 Park leases by the unit making it easy for professionals to call it home in College Station.
- 5. How do I apply at 100 Park?
  
  Visit 100parkliving.com, select a unit and click APPLY. If you have any questions regarding the location of the unit feel free to call 979.571.PARK.
- 6. Does 100 Park offer short-term leases?
  
  100 Park offers from 3 to 12 month leases. Short-term lease terms apply.
- 7. Are pets allowed at 100 Park?
  
  100 Park is a Pet-Friendly Community that provides a wonderful place to live not only for you, but also your pet. 100 Park allows cats and dogs and accepts a maximum of two pets per home. Please note breed restrictions: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bull Dogs, American Staffordshire Terriers, Argentine Dogos, Bull Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Fila Brasileiros, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Tosa Inus, Wolf Hybrids, All mixes of these breeds.
- 8. Can I take professional photos at Century Square?
  
  Yes, you must first fill out the photography authorization form. Please reach out to madi.poland@cushwake.com for the form and more information. All professional photographers on-site will be asked for their authorization receipt and will be asked to leave if they do not have one.

  We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item to be brought into the property, and to deal with any unattended object in such ways we consider appropriate.
  
  Please show common courtesy to fellow Century Square guests by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe,illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior.
  
  Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. We reserve the right to remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests.
  
  For the comfort of all guests, smoking or tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke are not allowed.
  
  Please supervise your children at all times.
  
  While we are pet-friendly in the common areas, only domestic pets are allowed and must be on a leash at all times and any messes must be cleaned up.
  
  RV and charter buses must receive prior approval for parking.
- Photography and Video Policy
  
  Professional photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind must receive prior approval.
  
  We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the property and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.
- Prohibited Items
  
  The following items may not be brought into The Green:
  Recreational devices with wheels, such as skateboards, electric scooters or inline skates
  
  Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances or substances hazardous to human health
  
  Weapons of any kind, or objects that appear to be weapons

  Other items that we determine may be harmful or disruptive, such as electronic toys
