Open as of May 2024, Amazon's new location in Century Square allows guests to conveniently pick up packages and make easy, hassle-free returns! Click the link below to add the new locker hub to your Amazon address book! Campus/Campus Adjacent sites offer free one-day pickup options for Prime and Prime Student members. All other formats service the general public offering free one-day pickup options for Prime Customers of all types. Customers order their items through the Amazon.com application, selecting the option to ‘pickup nearby’ and selecting the location closest to them. Customers can visit the location to return items they have received from Amazon.com. Services available to assist with returns are packing paper, tape, printing shipping labels, and the Associate Team! Guaranteeing a seamless and quick visit, utilize the two courtesy 15-minute free parking spots marked and located in front of Amazon's storefront to the right of Pokeworks.
