The Penny Leasing Center

Coming to Century Square late this spring! The Penny Leasing Center is the off-site leasing office for The Penny on College Main, a 199-unit, 605-bed, purpose-built student housing community currently under construction in College Station and slated to open in Fall 2027. Designed to serve university students, the community is ideally located on College Main Street, within walking distance of campus, and will feature a variety of studio, one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartment homes, including select townhome-style units.
